본 개인정보처리방침은 얼쑤! 장구 그루브(이하 "본 서비스")를 운영하는 개발자(이하 "당사")가 Meta Horizon Store를 통해 배포되는 본 서비스 이용 과정에서 이용자의 개인정보를 어떻게 수집·이용·보관·파기하는지를 설명합니다. 본 서비스는 자체 운영 서버 기반의 온라인 리더보드(순위표) 기능을 제공하며, 이 문서는 그 과정에서 당사가 직접 수집하는 정보에 한하여 적용됩니다.
Meta Platforms, Inc.가 Meta Horizon OS 및 Meta Quest 기기 운영과 관련하여 별도로 수집하는 정보는 본 방침이 아닌 Meta의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
This Privacy Policy explains how the developer ("we") of EOLSSU! : Groove of the Janggu (the "App"), distributed through the Meta Horizon Store, collects, uses, retains, and deletes personal information when you use the App's self-hosted online leaderboard feature. This policy covers only information we directly collect through the App.
Data collected separately by Meta Platforms, Inc. in connection with Meta Horizon OS or Meta Quest devices is governed by Meta's own privacy policy, not this document.

We do not collect location data, microphone/voice recordings, headset camera (passthrough) feeds, hand/body/eye tracking data, Advertising ID, or payment information. Platform-level diagnostic data handled by Meta Horizon OS is not collected or stored by us.

수집한 사용자 이름은 다음 목적을 위해서만 처리됩니다.
- 자체 운영 서버를 통한 온라인 리더보드(순위표) 생성 및 표시
- 부정 이용(비정상적 점수 등) 확인 및 서비스 운영을 위한 최소한의 확인
당사는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 목적 외 용도로 이용하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
The username we collect is processed only for the following purposes.
- Generating and displaying the online leaderboard through our own server
- Minimal verification needed to operate the service and detect abnormal or fraudulent scores
We do not sell personal information, use it beyond these purposes, or share it with third parties.
처리 및 보유 기간
Retention Period
사용자 이름은 리더보드 표시 목적이 달성될 때까지, 또는 이용자가 삭제를 요청할 때까지 보관됩니다. 이용자가 제7조의 절차에 따라 삭제를 요청하는 경우 당사는 지체 없이(통상 영업일 기준 5일 이내) 해당 정보를 파기합니다.
The username is retained until the leaderboard purpose is fulfilled or until the user requests deletion. Upon a deletion request made through the procedure in Article 7, we will delete the information without delay, typically within 5 business days.
제3자 제공 및 국외 이전
Third-Party Disclosure & Cross-Border Transfer
당사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 법령에 특별한 규정이 있거나 수사기관이 적법한 절차에 따라 요구하는 경우에 한하여 예외적으로 제공될 수 있습니다. 현재 이용자의 개인정보는 국외로 이전되지 않습니다. 향후 서버 이전 등으로 국외 이전이 발생하는 경우 사전에 본 방침을 통해 고지합니다.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties, except where required by law or lawfully requested by an investigative authority. User information is not currently transferred outside the user's home country. If a future server change results in a cross-border transfer, we will announce this in advance through an update to this policy.
개인정보의 파기절차 및 방법
Deletion Procedure and Method
보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다. 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 정보는 복구가 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제합니다.
Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose processing purpose has been fulfilled is deleted without delay. Information stored electronically is permanently deleted using methods that make recovery impossible.

아동의 개인정보보호
Children's Privacy
본 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 주된 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 법정대리인의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제공한 사실을 인지한 경우, 당사는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
The App is not primarily directed at children under the age of 14. If we become aware that a child under 14 has provided personal information without a parent or guardian's consent, we will delete that information without delay.

당사는 최소한의 항목만을 수집·저장하며, 서버 접근 권한 관리 등 개인정보를 안전하게 관리하기 위해 합리적인 기술적·관리적 조치를 취합니다.
We collect and store only the minimum necessary information and take reasonable technical and administrative measures, including access controls on our server, to keep it secure.
광고식별자 및 Meta 플랫폼 관련 고지
Advertising ID & Meta Platform Notice
당사는 광고식별자(Advertising ID)를 수집하거나 이용하지 않으며, 수집한 사용자 이름을 다른 영구 기기 식별자나 Meta 계정 데이터와 결합하지 않습니다. 본 서비스는 광고 목적으로 이용자를 프로파일링하지 않습니다.
We do not collect or use the Advertising ID, and we do not combine the collected username with any other persistent device identifier or Meta account data. The App does not profile users for advertising purposes.
